Delivery, Setup & Timing
Event delivery and setup are coordinated based on event timelines and venue requirements. While delivery windows are planned in advance, specific setup times cannot be guaranteed.

Substitutions & Seasonal Availability
Due to seasonal availability and freshness standards, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. Any substitutions will maintain the overall design, color palette, and value of the approved arrangement.

Pricing & Payments
Event pricing is based on design complexity, floral selection, quantities, and service requirements. A deposit may be required to reserve your event date, with final payment due prior to delivery.

Changes & Cancellations
