Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and custom floral arrangements, all flower sales are final.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Once an order has entered preparation or is out for delivery, it can no longer be canceled. For delivery timing details, please review our Delivery Information.

Fresh Flowers

Each floral arrangement is handcrafted with care. If your flowers arrive damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Common questions are addressed in our FAQ.

Non-Flower & Gift Items

Non-floral items and gift products may be returned, replaced, or refunded within 10 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Eligible items can be reviewed in your My Orders section.

Delivery Issues

Refunds or replacements are not available for issues caused by incorrect delivery information, unavailable recipients, refusal of delivery, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure all details are accurate before placing an order through Checkout.

Custom & Event Orders

All custom designs, special orders, and event florals are non-refundable once confirmed. More details are available on our Weddings & Events page.
