No account is required to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to view your order history, manage addresses, and track orders through My Account.

After your order is placed, it enters processing. You’ll receive updates as your order moves closer to delivery, and preparation begins based on your selected date.

Once your order is successfully submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you have an account, your order will also appear under My Orders, and you can follow delivery progress using order tracking.

Yes. You can earn reward points on eligible purchases, which can be applied toward future orders. Reward points are automatically added to your account after a completed purchase and can be viewed when you’re logged into My Account. When seasonal flowers are unavailable, we substitute with flowers of similar style, color, and design intent. The overall look, feel, and purpose of the arrangement are always maintained.

No. Any substitutions made will be of equal or greater value. We ensure the quality and size of your arrangement remain consistent with what you selected.

Please note that requesting no substitutions may result in delivery delays or order adjustments if certain flowers are unavailable. If you have an account, log in to My Account to view real-time updates for all current and past orders.

Your order number appears in your order confirmation email and is also listed under My Orders in your account.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
